in her world
:: she is very loved :-)
:: and she loves greatly in return... especially her 4 kids. 3 girls and 1 boy (or 3 cats and one monkey)! (Need I note that she carted these 'kids' of hers -all 4- around with us everywhere for days!! 4 kids are a lot to keep up with... well, make that 6 b/c I had 2 of my own. :-D)
:: camp-outs are a magical experience. Even if they only happen on the screened porch. And don't last past 10 o'clock! (B/c someone thinks they're so magical that there's no reason to actually go to sleep on a camp-out!)
:: conversations like this happen: "Why is the moon always dirty Mommy? Someone needs to clean it. Ooohh, you see dat Mary Poppies chim-e-ny smoke?! Maybe we could ride it to da moon wike Mary Poppies did and clean it!!" (And yes, it was presented in this ever running monologue of hers!)
:: spring time will perhaps always be her favorite season. A time for 'blowing flowers', birds, ducklings, planting seeds, and asking questions... My recent favorite during a silent moment on our bike ride, "What else did God make Mommy?" I just love her little head.
I just love her. :-)

LOVE that child. Love the inner monologues. Amazing the differences in children at the same ages but different little personalities.
