picnic at the park

Also a few weeks back (we're going to be catching up for a while here), M and I headed with friends to some local parks (one to play and one to eat). It was the first taste of remotely cool weather, and the girls really enjoyed themselves.

A very proud smile as she made it down the slide all by herself!


And then she moved on to bigger and better things... and got stuck at the top contemplating the plunge! She seriously sat there thinking about it for 5 minutes before she let me take her down.

A Sonic picnic lunch!...with lots of little girl chatter! :D
