The conclusion of our day at the river: these pics deserved a post all their own. We came home quite tired from our day at the river... well, Mommy, Dada, and Audrey did. Apparently Maria was not quite ready for a nap when we put her down. This was what I found when I finally went in her room to wake her... at 6 p.m.!
Every book and stuffed animal (plus her shovel), clearly "overcrowding" her bed, to the point that she needed to head for her bean bag to get any shut eye!
Those books that couldn't fit in her bed were found at her feet.
Bare in mind that the rule accompanying her "little big girl" bed is that she stay in it until someone comes to get her! ...which she usually adheres to no problem. But yes, despite the obvious fact that she's not even sleeping in her bed, all of these books and toys had to be carted from her shelves to her bed ! ;) Too sweet :)
