words to share

I'm always managing to get a good chuckle from friends' blogs when they post the oh-so-witty-and-fresh words that escape the mouths of toddlers. I thought I'd share some of Ria's most recent funnies:

~While climbing the stairs, she turns around and says to our dog, "Come on Audrey, lets be mouses!" And proceeds to climb the stairs on all fours.

~While pooping, "My barebum stinks!" (Just for the record, she wasn't kidding.)

~Running ahead of me to the park, she pauses to look back and shouts at me, "Come on guy, let's pay (play)!" (fyi: The "guy" reference is a charming phrase she picked up from her dada when he was fussing at a car to go at a stop sign. Oh the things they pick up!)

~And how could I forget...While walking around in just her undies, Maria walks over to us, points at her chest and says, "Wook! Circles!" She was truly ecstatic about this rare find! (meaning her taintons -boobies for those of you who aren't familiar with Cajun-french. ;)
