Maria has always loved our dog Audrey, and now she can beckon her buddy on command! (Well... kinda.) She wandered around one day calling Audrey, Abby. (Which I couldn't figure out since that's the name of our babysitter.) Then, a few days later she started saying her little sing-song, "Auudreey"... And I realized she'd been testing out the only "A" word she knew, trying to arrive at "Audrey"! Love that girl and that dog. :)
p.s. If it's not obvious - Audrey was outside playing in the summer rain, and Maria was wandering from window to window trying to find her.
