a:: I couldn't have known just how stinkin' cute it would be on her
b:: I never could've imagined it would be quite the successful/well loved purchase that it has turned into...
The first night, she insisted she sleep with her costume on. It's August people, and our house is not kept at frigid temperatures... she would've baked. So we told her giraffes had to sleep on the floor therefore it couldn't go in her bed. No problem... she'll just sleep on the floor with him!!! And she did. All night. What a riot!
She dawned that giraffe persona first thing the next a.m., then plopped down to watch cartoons. (Clifford and George still being her first loves.)
And since it was too hot in her giraffe to eat breakfast outside (screened porch)... again, no problem... she'll just stand and eat it at the counter.
And when the day turned out to be one of eating out and errands... could she please wear her costume? please? please? How does one say no? (Remember here peeps, it's AUGUST in TEXAS!!! HOT HOT HOT) How she wore that thing all over I truly can not fathom! Um, or how I'm allowed to continue being a mom!

Oh this was utterly hilarious!!!!! This child is never going to make it to her wedding without photos haunting her!! I just cannot get enough of her active imagination. And good for you for allowing her the freedom to play it out. That will truly be a blessing for you with children!! Love you guys and thanks for making out day so enjoyable with these wonderful anecdotes.
She is hilarious. So cute. I love it. I have a picture of her and James I will post on my blog later. James might be Woody for Halloween, I have the costume I will have to take it out and see if he can break it in. :)
