It was the little bro's idea, and I'm not sure if he's ever had a better one! ;) ...so we headed out on a little 'date night' to eat some CRAWFISH!!! They were still a bit small this early in the season, but boy were they yummy! We indoctrinated the hubby on how to make a sauce, and despite his usual dislike for dipping his food, he dove in whole-heartedly. :) What a man! I had to wipe my hands and snap a few pics of our date with 'dem red bugs, cher.
Gotta love a good 'Cajun man' ;)
