It's taken a while, but Maria has finally adjusted to having Dada back around (since returning home from his deployment). She's learned that if she tilts her head and asks please in a very sweet voice, he will say yes when Mommy says no. (oh dear!) She's learned that if she wants to go outside in cold Virginia, then she's going to need Dada (b/c there are no coats warm enough for Mommy). And they're still up to their same old tricks together- playing 'whaaba whaaba indian'! :D
And they even have a few new tricks, such as running around pretending to be dragons! :)

ok, BOTH of the girls are cracking up at the dragons!
I love it!! I love the dog trailing behind trying to be a part of the dragon quest! This reminds me so much of Patrick and Madeleine when she was little. Wait until there are more little feet....you have discovered indoor wintry play!
