This week last year, found us regularly rescuing Camilly from the dog/cat food. She would beeline across the house before you could even finish tossing the wipes from a dirty diaper. It was as if she had one focus :: Is the laundry room door open? Has Mommy noticed? Are she and Maria distracted enough to give me time to get there and inspect/eat those tasty little morsels?
We also found ourselves at a night time Easter egg hunt on Fort Hood, which included a super fun magic show. I love magic shows. And Maria spent weeks after pretending to make things disappear!
Some of the eggs were filled with special tickets, and Maria found one! I never captured a pic, but there is still a giant pink stuffed bunny that occasionally finds its way to her bed.
And there was more of the fabulous wax crayon Paas Easter egg dying goodness.
I just love this picture as messy as it may be; I loved our kitchen in Harker Heights. Then there's the clear plastic cups which Maria insisted on, the hairdo of mine that she always fussed at me for (she wanted my hair down), the ever present Cheerio bowl of Camilly's, white roses from our backyard, gerber daises from a dear friend, and little Lila growing in my tummy. So. much. goodness.
